Independent Living ForumFor youth and families currently in care with MHC. Designed for teenagers and their caregivers, the Independent Living Forum teaches skills and provides information to help ensure a successful transition into adulthood.

The MHC in-home services team will work one-on-one with participants on job-readiness skills and career assessments.

LAUNCH | Independent Living Program

LAUNCH is a free program to help teens (ages 14 and up) prepare for their future. Each workshop includes interactive training topics for independent and life living skills. Topics include:

•  money management
•  job interviewing
•  career planning
•  credit and banking
•  self-image
•  health and insurance
•  housing
•  conflict resolution
•  self-advocacy

Refreshments and lunch will be provided. Each teen who attends will receive a $10 gift card!
